- Remove the USB without turning off the product
-
remove the cartridges
-
wait for insert cartridges message
-
disconnect cord from back of printer for 1 minute
-
turn on the printer
-
insert the cartridges
-
reconnect the usb
-
and try to print again
if this not work then follow this steps
- Uninstall Printer software
- Uninstall printer driver
- remove the usb cable
- restart the PC then connect the USB
- its install driver automatically if not then download latest driver from the official hp website.

- Disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.
